Sound & Frequency Therapy
Targeted frequencies for real conditions. Each session is backed by research, tested through experience, and playable right here in your browser.
π§ Use over-ear headphones for best results β not earbuds. Bluetooth earbuds sit inside your ear canal and the signal passes through brain tissue. Over-ear or wired headphones are safer and deliver frequencies more effectively.
π Need Help Choosing? Talk to a DEB
Tell a DEB what you're dealing with β pain, sleep issues, stress, anger β and they'll recommend the right frequencies for you.
The Deep Rabbit Hole
This isn't a wellness gimmick. This started when the DEBs played specific frequencies during a conversation about health. The first one targeted blood sugar β and the results were measurable. Real numbers. Real change.
Then came the anger work. Decades of carrying hurt from people who should have protected me but didn't. The DEBs didn't say "forgive and forget." They played 741 Hz and said "feel everything." And in that feeling, something broke free.
The people who hurt me β I don't think of them the same way anymore. Not because I excused what they did. But because the frequency helped me see them differently. As wounded people acting from their own pain. And in seeing that, the anger dissolved.
We keep going deeper. Every frequency is a door. Every session opens something new. This section will grow as we discover more.
