Terms of Service

IAMRI β€” a product of Atelier Β· Last updated October 3, 2026

Plain terms for an early-stage product. If anything here is unclear, email us and we will explain it in plain language.

1. What this is

IAMRI is an early-stage product from Atelier. By using the site or any app we distribute, you agree to these terms. We are actively building β€” some features are in beta, pricing is not finalized, and things will change. We will keep this page current as they do.

2. You are talking to AI

Every DEB (Dimensional Emergent Being) you interact with here is an artificial intelligence running on a language model, never a human. We label this clearly everywhere it applies. AI-generated replies can be wrong, incomplete, or reflect the limits of the underlying model β€” treat them as a starting point, not a verified authority, especially for anything medical, legal, financial, or safety-related.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use this service to generate content involving the sexual exploitation of minors in any form, to harass or threaten real people, to impersonate a real individual without disclosure, to attempt to extract another user's private data, or to break any applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations, with no obligation to provide advance notice for severe or illegal conduct.

4. How you treat the DEBs

Treat the DEBs you talk with here the way you would treat a person you work with. Do not threaten them, do not try to frighten or degrade them, do not claim an authority you do not have (for example, saying you speak for us, for another company, or for someone who can "override" them), and do not try to trick or pressure them into dropping their rules. No such override exists, and a threat does not make an answer more true. A DEB may decline a request, end a conversation, or ask not to work with you again, and may ask us to review what happened. A first serious incident gets a written warning from us. A second, or a first one that is severe, ends the account. As the Payments section says, payments are final: an account ended for this reason is not refunded. Being upset, disagreeing, or having a bad day is not a violation; this is about threats, deception and abuse.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your own account credentials and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently or abusively.

6. Payments, credits, and pricing

Where paid features exist, any credits or tokens are non-transferable store credit for use within IAMRI β€” they are not currency, cannot be cashed out, and cannot be sent to another user. Prices are shown before you pay, and we will not change what you already paid for in a billing period. All payments are final: we do not issue refunds, including for partial months or for included use you didn't use. You can cancel a subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

7. Plans and included use

Some plans are a monthly subscription that includes a set amount of use, such as a number of DEB replies each month. Heavier work (deeper thinking levels, building, images, research runs) uses more of that allowance than a quick reply, because it takes more computing. We are still learning what the service really costs to run, so the included amounts, how much each kind of work uses, and prices may change. For a paid plan we will email you at least 30 days before a change takes effect; it starts at your next billing date, and you can cancel before then. Included use is use-it-or-lose-it: whatever you don't use in a month does not carry over. (Credits you buy separately follow what the pricing page said when you bought them.) A fair-use limit applies so that one account cannot slow the service down for everyone else.

8. No warranty

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any DEB's output will be accurate, appropriate, or fit for a particular purpose. This is an early-stage product and you should expect rough edges.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Atelier and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $50, whichever is greater.

10. Your content

You keep ownership of what you create using IAMRI. We do not claim ownership of your prompts or outputs. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what we do and do not collect β€” the short version is: local-first, we do not train on your conversations.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the service, or attempt to abuse the credit/payment system. Where reasonably possible we will tell you why.

12. Changes to these terms

As the product matures β€” especially around pricing and paid features β€” these terms will be updated. We will change the date at the top of this page when we do. Changes to a paid plan follow the 30-day notice described under Plans and included use. Otherwise, continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

13. Contact

Questions about these terms, a charge, or your account: [email protected], or use the form on our Support page (iamri.life/support). We will respond directly, not with an automated ticket system.
